Our car rides through town are always full of conversation, usually between Ethan and me. This afternoon it was Ethan and Rachel. He was very intent on teaching her how to sing her A,B,C's and how to count... to 89 apparently.
So this is how it went... "Mommy? I gonna teach Rachel how to sing "ABCDEFG!!" okay?"
"Sounds good."
"You drive straight and I will teach Rachel... but don't go too fast, okay?"
"Got it."
"Rachel, yook at me now because I gonna sing to you." "ABCDEFGHIJK... eminemo...P!QRSTUVWXY...Z!!! (Rachel laughs).
"Now, we gonna count Rachel... so listen to me." "12345678910... and so he counts to 40, skipping 32 and 33.
He gets to 40 and says "Dats how old Mommy is, Rachel... 42!" He is so random. Yesterday I was 15 and today I'm 42?
(Continuing on with his conversation to Rachel) "Rachel, when you were in Mommy's tummy you said "I no wanna be in here!" and then Dr. Barlo took you out. And you cried."
"Rachel... when I was in Mommy's tummy I was nite-nite and then I woke up and came out and Mommy said "Oh, he's SO cute Daddy!! And Daddy said "do you like the credibles, Ethan?" (credibles translated into English is The Incredibles.) "And I said "NO, I like chocaMilk!"
He ended his nice story with... "Now, everyday, when you make a mess... you hava cwean it up."
"Rachel, you needa love Jesus because I heard it at Mrs Griffith's house." (I assume he's referring to VBS).

That is so cute. Kids say the most random things. We would probably seem random as well if we said everything that came to mind :).
